Water Supply:
          400 gallon tank with 10 gallon foam cell
          1500 gallon-per-minute pump

Hose Tender:
          Two 1³/₄-inch preconnects, one 2¹/₂-inch preconnect
          100-foot front-mounted trash line
          800 feet of 4-inch hose
          Tower waterway capable of 1500 gallons per minute

Equipment:
          Standard truck company equipment
          15kW hydraulic generator, 116 feet of ground ladders,  
          stokes basket, positive-pressure ventilation fan,
          two 1-hour SCBA air bottles

In addition, Tower 4 is state licensed as a non-transporting limited ALS rescue vehicle. It carries all equipment necessary to provide limited advanced emergency medical services.
 

Tower 4 responds to all reported building fires, chimney fires, smoke investigations, alarms sounding, and box alarms within the Pascoag Fire District, in addition to any other calls when appropriate. 
It also responds to EMS calls within the district when Rescue 4, Medic 4, and Special Services 46 are unavailable.
It responds on the first alarm to all reported building fires within the Harrisville Fire District.

Tower 4 is housed in the Main Street fire station.
